Learning and Development Trainer

Are you an experienced trainer with a passion for developing others in the health and social care sector?

Our client is looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to join their team and play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of care professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by delivering high-quality training that directly improves the standard of care provided across multiple locations.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality training to teams across various care settings
  • Develop and implement learning programs that support professional growth and compliance
  • Travel across multiple sites, with occasional overnight stays, to ensure teams receive hands-on training
  • Work with staff at all levels to enhance knowledge, confidence, and best practices in care

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised training qualification (PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent) OR experience delivering training in Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience in the health and social care sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage different audiences
  • A creative and adaptable approach to training delivery
  • MAYBO accreditation (desirable but not essential)
